Our team of experienced therapists is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and stages of life overcome a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, intimacy-related concerns, low self-esteem, and relationship breakdowns. We use evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities, such as EMDR Therapy, Havening, and Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT), to help our clients achieve long-lasting healing and growth.

Bloom Well-being was founded in 2021 by Jemma, who is passionate about providing high-quality therapy services to individuals and families in need. Since its inception, the clinic has grown to include two additional therapists and a therapy dog, Dexter. Bloom Well-being has become a trusted resource in the community, helping individuals overcome a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. The clinic is proud to have helped many individuals and families achieve meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
