The Role

Hours: Due to our exciting new growth, we are seeking not one but THREE highly motivated and passionate therapists for full-time positions, (part-time may be considered for the right applicants) commencing October 1st. Alternative start dates however, may also be negotiated for the right candidate. Flexible working options are also available, including your choice of work days between Monday - Saturday.

Award: Health Professionals and Support Services Level 2-4 (negotiable based on experience), however, above award rates apply.
$73,060 - $92,000 gross annual salary
$2,000 - budget for external supervision and personal development
$780 - fee for use of personal laptop per annum
$100 per week (after tax) incentive to reach very achievable KPIs.

Location: Creswick, VIC - only 15 minutes drive from Ballarat/Daylesford.
FREE on-street parking is available.

Key Selection Criteria

Eligibility for Medicare provider number + NDIS: AHMSW, Psychologists MHOT, MHN, and other tertiary qualified and experienced professionals.
A minimum of two years of therapeutic experience is required.
Experience working with children, young people, families + adults
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to completing reports as requested (eg: VOCAT reports)
Commitment to professional development, and supervision as required by relevant regulation body.
Ability to work autonomously
Relevant professional indemnity insurance, WWCC + Police Check
Emotional intelligence, compassion and passion for supporting clients

Highly Regarded

Knowledge of the following systems as potential referral pathways: NDIS, VOCAT, WorkSafe, TAC and Open Arms.
Experience and/or further training within the following sectors: family violence, sexual abuse, and complex trauma.
Clinicians who have completed EMDR Level 1 and/or 2 and are working towards/have obtained EMDR Practitioner Accreditation.
