Stacey (she/her) is a social worker with almost 20 years experience in a variety of areas, all focussed on supporting individuals and families facing a range of life challenges. She is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
For the last 7 years Stacey has provided trauma informed counselling to clients of all ages and is committed to providing a space that is safe, reflective, fun and therapeutic. She is particularly passionate about working with young people.
Finding the best way for someone to express themselves is important to Stacey. She loves to play to her client’s strengths, utilising things they are interested in (such as art, music, nature etc.) to complement traditional talk therapy.
In her spare time Stacey might be doing any of the following; silversmithing, crocheting, staring at trees, travelling, listening to music, seeing friends and family – all with her doggo, Smith (whom you might see at Bloom).
